This proposal represents the final project for my Bachelor’s degree. I decided to experience an alternative form of performance that combines contemporary dance, music, and light. My idea with this project is to produce clothing for a dancer which generates music and sound in reaction to the movement of the dance. This innovative project should bring poetic sensibility and another dimension to dancing. Dance, which requests sight, should also request a hearing with music. In this proposition, the movements are translated into sound and light.

This design is a research project, which uses some feather huzza Wi-Fi card, coded with Arduino, and an accelerometer on each arm to send OSC message to a Pure Data software on a computer that transforms to sound. The project was initiated as a research and development prototype, and it is the first version of the conception and needs improvement but shows the thinking that I had on those notions.
